Definition

歩くための道や小道、または人生の進路を表す言葉です。小さな道や人生の道筋にも使われます。

実際の道のほか、人生の「道」や「進路」の比喩としても使われます。「chemin de fer」は鉄道を意味します。「rue」は街中の道路、「route」は主要道路で区別します。
