Expressão geralmente informal. Pode ser referente a 'cola' (escorregadio em provas, ilegal), mas também se usa para guias e resumos rápidos ('cheat sheet de matemática'). 'Folha de cola' tem sentido escolar; 'guia rápido' é neutro.
