審查是指刪除、封鎖或修改資訊、書籍、電影或言論的部分內容，通常是因為有人認為這些內容具有冒犯性、不當或危險性。

多用於正式或新聞語境。常見於“資訊審查”、“內容審查”、“言論審查”等搭配。多指政府或權威機構的行為，也可以指自我審查。不要與“感測器”混淆。
