Definition

뜨개질을 시작할 때 바늘에 첫 번째 코를 만드는 것.

"Cast on"은 뜨개질에서만 사용하며, 코바늘(크로셰)에서는 사용하지 않음. 보통 'cast on 20 stitches'처럼 숫자를 동반함.
