食用のための動物の肉で、主に筋肉部分や時には内臓も含まれます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「肉」は主に牛肉、豚肉、羊肉など赤身肉に使われますが、動物の食用部分全般も指します。「carne asada」などの料理名はそのまま使うことがありますが、通常は「肉」です。
