キャプテンはチームや集団、船などのリーダーです。スポーツではフィールド上の責任者、乗り物では船長や機長を指します。

スポーツでは「チームキャプテン」、乗り物では「船長」「機長」と区別して使います。敬称として「キャプテン佐藤」などにも使われます。
