Öğrenci veya öğretmenlerin mezuniyet törenlerinde giydiği özel başlık (kep) ve uzun elbisedir (cüppe).

Bu ifade genellikle sadece mezuniyet törenlerinde kullanılır. 'Kep', kare şeklindeki mezuniyet şapkasını anlatır. 'Kep ve cüppe giymek' şeklinde geçer.
