「bush league」は、プロらしくなくて質が低い、または素人が行うことを表します。期待される基準に達していない行動や仕事に使われます。

主にアメリカのカジュアルな表現。スポーツでも日常のスキル不足の行動にも使う。やや侮蔑的な響きがある。フォーマルな場では使わない。
