كلمة 'burial' رسمية ومحايدة، وتستخدم مع 'ceremony'، 'funeral'، أو 'site'. لا تخلط بينها وبين 'cremation' (حرق الجثة). 'Interment' مصطلح رسمي ونفس المعنى تقريبًا.
