'bowl' का भूतकाल। क्रिकेट जैसे खेलों में गेंद को बल्लेबाज़ की ओर फेंकना; बॉलिंग में पिन्स की ओर गेंद फेंकना।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

मुख्य रूप से क्रिकेट और बॉलिंग में इस्तेमाल होता है। क्रिकेट में 'bowled out' का मतलब है बल्लेबाज़ का आउट होना जब गेंद विकेट पर लगती है। इसे 'bowl' (कटोरी) से न मिलाएँ।
