"both" in Bengali
উভয়দুইজনইদুইটিই
Definition
দুই ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুকে একসাথে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়; অর্থাৎ, দুইজন/দুটিই।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
সাধারণত বহুবচন নামের সাথে ব্যবহৃত হয়। "both sides", "both of them" এইরকম বাক্যে প্রচলিত। "either" এর সাথে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না—'either' মানে যেকোনো এক।
Examples
Both of my friends are coming to the party.
আমার **উভয়** বন্ধু পার্টিতে আসছে।
I like both tea and coffee.
আমি **উভয়** চা ও কফি পছন্দ করি।
Both answers are correct.
