以大聲、咄咄逼人或自吹自擂的方式說話或行動，常常是為了顯得比實際更有力量或自信。也可形容猛烈強風。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

既可指人，也可指天氣。形容人時，多為負面，指虛張聲勢或空話（如“光說不做”）。形容天氣則偏文學用語。正式與口語皆可用。
