Decir algo de repente y sin pensar, normalmente porque no puedes controlarte o no reflexionaste antes.

Normalmente se dice 'blurt out'. Es informal. Suele implicar arrepentimiento o vergüenza por hablar sin pensar. Se usa mucho cuando alguien dice un secreto, confesión o sorpresa. No confundir con 'burst' o 'blur'.
