断崖ブラフ（はったり）

Definition

「bluffs」は川沿いなどにある高くて急な崖、あるいは他人をだますためのはったりを指します。

「断崖」は地理用語、「ブラフ」はポーカーなどの駆け引きでよく使います。「bluff」の形容詞の意味（率直）と混同しないように注意しましょう。
