一段时间内，所有灯光或电力都中断，通常影响较大范围。也可以指因酒精或压力暂时失去记忆的情况。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

“blackout” 既指大范围电力中断（如“城市发生blackout”），也指突然失去记忆（如喝酒后“出现blackout”）。不表示普通晕倒（请用‘晕倒’）。在“新闻blackout”里是指信息封锁。
