"beneath" in Portuguese (BR)
Definition
Em uma posição inferior a algo ou alguém. Também pode significar abaixo em nível, valor ou importância, e às vezes sugere que algo é indigno de uma pessoa.

É mais formal e literário do que 'under' ou 'below' em muitos contextos. 'Beneath' é muito usado para posição física ('beneath the table'), mas também em expressões abstratas como 'beneath the surface' ou 'beneath me'. 'Below' costuma ser preferido para números, níveis e medidas.
