未処理分とは、本来は以前に対応すべきだったが、まだ完了していない業務や注文の集まりを指します。

ビジネスやIT、プロジェクト管理でよく使われます。「work backlog」「order backlog」などと言います。「to-doリスト」とは異なり、未処理で遅れているものを指します。
