誰かの作業や課題などを手伝うこと。少しフォーマルな『help with』の言い方です。

ビジネスやフォーマルな場でよく使われます。カジュアルな場合は「help with」を使うことが多いです。人を直接的に助けるのではなく、作業や物事に使います。「assist in」と混同しないようにしましょう。
