集会会合

Definition

集会は目的のために人々が集まることを指し、学校や組織の定期的な会合、または公式な集まりにも使われます。政治的な機関や議会も意味します。

主に学校や組織などのフォーマルな集まりに使われます。「school assemblies」や「general assemblies」など正式な場面でよく使います。カジュアルな集まりには使わない表現です。

All the students had to attend the morning assemblies.
