법정에서 공식적으로 혐의를 알리고 피고인의 답변을 요구하는 절차입니다. 형사 재판의 첫 단계입니다.

법률 분야에서만 사용되는 공식 용어입니다. 예: 'be arraigned on charges of...' 등과 같이 자주 쓰입니다. 일반 대화에서는 거의 사용하지 않습니다.

The judge will arraign the suspect this morning.
