Usage Notes (Turkish)
'Appellate' terimi, yalnızca hukuk ve mahkeme bağlamında ('temyiz mahkemesi', 'temyiz yetkisi' gibi) kullanılır. Günlük konuşmada kullanılmaz. 'Appealing' ile karıştırmamak gerekir.
