垂釣是使用魚竿、魚線和魚鉤進行的一種休閒運動或嗜好，通常是為了娛樂，而不是食物。

比「fishing」更正式且專業，只指用竿、線釣魚，不包括用網或陷阱。在英式英語和體育場合常用。"Go angling" 指休閒垂釣。
