Definition

কোনো কিছুতে শক্তভাবে লেগে থাকা বা কোনো নিয়ম, ধারণা বা নীতিকে কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করা বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'adhered' সাধারণত আনুষ্ঠানিক বা বৈজ্ঞানিক লেখায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'adhered to the rules' মানে কঠোরভাবে নিয়ম মেনে চলা; 'adhered to the wall' মানে কিছু একটা গায়ে লেগে থাকা। 'attached' এবং 'admired' সঙ্গে বিভ্রান্ত হবেন না।
