Comum em situações informais. Costuma ser usado para segredos, boatos ou temas privados. Seguido geralmente do assunto: 'whisper about the news.' Pode indicar segredo ou fofoca. Não confunda com 'whisper to,' que significa sussurrar para alguém, não sobre algo.
