Definition
সামুদ্রিক পরিভাষায়, জাহাজের টপমাস্টের ওপরের অংশ বা সেখানে লাগানো পালকে 'টপগ্যাল্যান্ট' বলা হয়। এটি সাধারণত বড়帆চালিত জাহাজে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

কেবল帆চালিত বড় জাহাজ ও নৌবাহিনীর ঐতিহাসিক বা বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার হয়। দৈনন্দিন কথাবার্তায় বিরল; টেকনিক্যাল বা সাহিত্যিক প্রসঙ্গে দেখা যায়।
