Önemli veya bahsetmeye değer bir şey olmadığında kullanılır. Yani kayda değer bir durum yok demektir.

Genellikle olumsuz cümlelerde ('bahsedilecek bir şey yok', 'önemli bir şey yok') kullanılır. Olumlu cümlelerde nadiren kullanılır.
