Definition

একটি ধারাবাহিকে তিন নম্বর স্থানে থাকা সংখ্যা বা কাউকে বোঝায়; এছাড়াও কোনো কিছুর তিন সমান অংশের একটি অংশকে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Third' সাধারণত ক্রম নির্ধারণে ('the third person'), ভগ্নাংশ বোঝাতে ('a third of...'), তারিখে ('the third of May'), ও প্রতিযোগিতার স্থান হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
