যারা পণ্য, সফটওয়্যার বা যন্ত্রপাতি ভালোভাবে কাজ করে কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করেন। অনেক সময় দোকানে পণ্যের নমুনা বোঝাতেও ব্যবহার হয়।
