指支持或同情某人、某團體或某事業的人，通常不是積極成員。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

多見於新聞或正式場合，常用於政治、社會議題。'sympathizers of/for' 指表示支持但不一定參與的人。不要與'sympathy'（同情心）混淆。
