"stagger" in Korean
Definition
약하거나 충격을 받아 거의 넘어질 듯이 비틀거리며 걷다. 또는 여러 일정이나 일을 겹치지 않도록 시간 차를 두고 배치하다.
Usage Notes (Korean)
사람이 거의 쓰러질 듯 힘겹게 걸을 때 자주 사용. 일정이나 일을 나눠서 배치할 때도 쓴다('staggered payment'=분할 납부). 'staggering'(놀라운)과 혼동 주의.
