Si algo 'viene a la mente', lo piensas de inmediato o sin esfuerzo, casi por reflejo.

Expresión informal, común cuando se habla de ideas o recuerdos que aparecen rápido. Se usa mucho en 'lo primero que me viene a la mente'. No es literal.
