Muito rude e ofensivo; uso literal (cuspir mesmo) e, ocasionalmente, metafórico (demonstrar desprezo). Normalmente vem seguido de uma pessoa ou coisa: 'spit at someone'. Não confundir com 'spit on', que sugere contato direto.
