直接對某人說話，用語言與某人交流。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

用於強調說話的對象，後面通常接“to someone”。不要與'tell'混淆，'tell'後面直接加人，'say'則要加'to'。

Examples

She said to her friend, "Let's go!"
