Definition
Bir kişi sorumluluğunu yerine getirmezse veya görevine gerektiği gibi davranmazsa 'ihmalkâr' denir. Özellikle önemli işlerde kullanılır.

Bu kelime genellikle ciddi sorumlulukların ihmalinde kullanılır; örneğin 'remiss in görevler'. Küçük unutkanlıklar için uygun değildir.
