Algo está 'over with' quando terminou ou acabou, geralmente usado para situações desagradáveis que se quer ultrapassar.

'Over with' é informal e costuma aparecer depois de 'get it' ('get it over with'). Refere-se a tarefas desagradáveis ou estressantes. Não aplique para acontecimentos felizes. Não use isoladamente no início de frases.
