অনানুষ্ঠানিক; কাউকে সান্ত্বনা দেওয়ার জন্য বা খারাপ ঘটনার গুরুত্ব কমিয়ে দেখাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'that's life' বা 'these things happen' এর মতো। গভীর দু:খের ঘটনার জন্য ব্যবহার হয় না।
