「自分の意思で」や「自発的に」とは、他人に強制されず、自分で決めて行動することを指します。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
ややフォーマルで、意志や自発性を強調したいときに使います。「選ぶ」「去る」「自白する」などの動詞とよく使います。偶然の行為には使いません。
