Un sistema ferroviario urbano subterráneo usado para el transporte público en ciudades, también llamado subterráneo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
'Metro' es común en muchas regiones; en Argentina se usa 'subterráneo'. No se refiere a trenes de larga distancia, sólo transporte urbano.
