Estar num sítio, normalmente desarrumado, ou passar tempo sem fazer nada de especial, de forma preguiçosa.

Informal. Usa-se para coisas ('coisas andam por aí') e pessoas ('só anda deitado o dia todo'). Não confundir com 'deitar-se'. Pode dar ideia de desleixo ou preguiça.
