Definition
সমতলকরণ হল কিছু মসৃণ বা সমান করা, যেমন জমি বা পৃষ্ঠের উঁচুনীচু দূর করা। এটি সামাজিক ক্ষেত্রে যেমন সুযোগ-সুবিধা সমান করাকেও বোঝাতে পারে।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
'সমতলকরণ' নির্মাণ, উদ্যান বা জমি প্রস্তুতের ক্ষেত্রে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। সমাজ বা সুযোগ-সুবিধাকে সমান করার অর্থে 'সমীকরণ' বলা হয়।
