Sentirse o rendir al máximo, muy concentrado; hacer algo con facilidad, energía y fluidez. A menudo se usa para músicos o deportistas en su mejor momento.

Es una expresión informal y positiva. Muy usada en deportes, música y trabajo para describir un excelente rendimiento temporal. Se aplica solo a personas o grupos, no a lugares u objetos. También existe: 'get into the groove' (empezar a tener buen ritmo).
