選挙期間中に候補者が行う活動やスピーチ、あるいはそのための演説台を指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

英国英語で使われるフォーマルな表現で、政治活動限定。『on the hustings』は遊説中を意味します。非政治的なキャンペーンには使いません。
