হিউমেরাস হল কাঁধ থেকে কনুই পর্যন্ত থাকা দীর্ঘ একটি উপরের ভুগুড়ি হাড়।

"হিউমেরাস" চিকিৎসা বা শারীরবৃত্তিক শব্দ, সাধারণ কথায় "হাতের হাড়" বলা হয়; এটি "হিউমারাস" (মজার বা হাস্যকর) শব্দের সঙ্গে গুলিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
