Pratisyen hekim, yaygın sağlık sorunlarını tedavi eden ve genellikle ana doktorunuz olarak genel tıbbi bakım sağlayan doktordur.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
‘GP’ terimi İngiliz İngilizcesinde yaygındır; Amerikan İngilizcesinde 'family doctor' veya 'primary care physician' denir. 'my GP' veya 'visit the GP' gibi kalıplarda görülür. Uzman doktorlar için kullanılmaz.
