通常指通过电话或信息与某人联系；也可以指转到另一个话题、任务或活动。

主要用于英式英语，非正式。美式英语更常用 'get in touch with' 或 'contact'。也常用于会议或课堂上切换话题。注意不要与 'get onto'（爬到某物上）混淆。
