Definition

フォンダンは、ケーキを包んだり飾りを作ったりするために使われる、なめらかで甘いアイシングです。ロール状にして仕上げを美しくできます。

ケーキデコレーションでよく使われ、滑らかでプロっぽい仕上がりにできます。「icing」や「マジパン」とは違い、「フォンダン」は伸ばして使うのが特徴です。
