친근한 상황에서 조언이나 위로로 자주 쓰입니다. 중요한 선택을 할 때 'follow your heart'라고 조언하면 진심을 따르라는 뜻이지만, 너무 자주 쓰면 진부하게 들릴 수 있습니다.
