Definition

這個表達指某事的結束時刻或最後一部分，例如某一時期、事件或物體的結尾。

“End of”通常後面接具體的事物，如“end of the year”。不能單獨使用，也不要和“the end”混用，常用於時間、事件末尾。

We will meet at the end of the week.

我們將在本週**末**見面。

She finished her project at the end of the month.

There was a surprise at the end of the movie.
