صيغة الماضي من 'drill'. تعني عمل ثقب في شيء باستخدام أداة، أو التدريب المكثف على شيء حتى يتم إتقانه.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

تستخدم للإشارة إلى: عمل ثقب فعلي ('drilled a hole') أو ممارسة تدريبية متكررة ومكثفة ('drilled the routine'). تفيد عادة الشدة والانضباط، وليس الممارسة العادية.
