因為特定原因、行為或方式而死亡。與導致死亡的事物搭配使用（如：死於意外、死於中毒、死於劍下）。
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
'Die by' 後面接死亡的直接原因或手段，不接地點或時間。如：“die by suicide”（自殺）、“die by the sword”（死於劍下）、“die by fire”（死於火）。疾病用“die of”，間接原因用“die from”。語氣正式或事實陳述。
